People rarely talk of repatriation in these days where the spirit of the African seems to be crushed... seems to crumble into dust.
These days where the bones that lie beneath the Atlantic Ocean lie forgotten as the black is washed away... replaced with gold grills and thuggish ways.
The struggles of the ancestors edited and reprocessed before being fed to the slumbering sleepers and the midnight creepers who dance to the primal beat.
A tribe trapped under the looking glass in a library where the study has become we.
Willie Lynch and a posse of thieves as a cage became the way that we believe... Bloods and crips... lords and disciples.
A bandana is the same as that pissy ass white sheet... that cross on the lawn is the same as the one in a church.
Sagging and dragging as the seed becomes the fruit that fell from the tree of slavery.
Tears of the angels that fall from the canopy of grey that undulates above these heads.
Repatriation is the only way to free lost minds that have been reconstructed in Babylon.
Missing pieces of the puzzle as it were.
The whole world is African if you look at the facts of this equation... a result of the merging of man and woman in a black nation from whence we were snatched and stolen.
Ripped from our station.
Re-situated.
REPATRIATE MY PEOPLE... REPATRIATE!
