THE ACCOMPANIMENT...
http://youtu.be/fe06vGiTJRE

I'mma try to tickle a song of redemption from these black and white keys... Talk to you of a beautiful future if only you can see past your present...
Open your eyes to a glimpse of you not as black man and woman but to the possibility of you... of us as hue-manity... Trying to stroke your ego into a state of overstanding.
Create level playing fields where your mentality free is finally able to build pineally.
Open your eyes to you from not a BET perspective... Not a Scandalized whore on prime time T.V.
Not a dark skinned threatening nigga in a Tyler Perry movie perspective.
Not a black man can't do a damn thang for me or a black woman got too much attitude view.
And these keys be absorbing the impact of my fingers and converting them to these notes packed away in albums of poetry.
I trying to stroke some part of somebodies God psyche... Wake him or her up and make him or her invincible.
Standing poised at the brink of a new day as the sun breaks blazing in the background.
Throw some light on the situation and some fire on the rubbish...
Send it soaring as smoke into the sky to be dissipated awayyyy...
So many of us are still born slave... So many victims sent to early graves...
Cold hard steel and hot lead have the same effect whether fired from a policemans gun or your brothers as you wage a war on yourself...
Fighting each other as the problems... They seem to get worse.
As the future is painted bleak... We losing our identity, the little bit that we had at the end of 400 years of slavery.
Abrahams bones scream in dusty outrage, dry on the valley floor.
These black and white keys... These black and white keys... These black and white keys...
Sing to me.
