[OUT OF SYNC]

[OUT OF SYNC]
THE MUSIC FOR THIS PIECE...

What do the whales say as they swim in seas tainted by the runoff of human society?
Do they cry?
Do they talk of our imminent demise as daily life is lost globally?
When the birds sing do they talk of the smoke that rises from factories and covers cities in soot as children breathe the toxic fumes?
Do they feel dizzy as they spin in the thermals of concrete sidewalks and asphalt highways that seem to take us everwhere and nowhere.
Man spinning his wheels and standing still.
What do the ants say when they touch feelers and feed off of the castings off of our lives?
Do they remember our beginnings as they do the things that they have done since primordial times?
When dinosaurs walked in reigning splendor and the world was new.
Man who thinks that he knows the thoughts of god as he destroy's the world that he created... nature the reflection.
When the dog barks is he warning us of the folly of trying to change the balance.
In his form is proof of our manipulation... crossbreads and pedigrees.
Roaches and rats scampering in the light as it clicks on.
Man enters the room.

ITS GOIN DOWN PART 27

ITS GOIN DOWN PART 27
THE SOUND TRACK. HIGHLY INTERESTING IF I MUST SAY SO MYSELF...

The next morning Red and his men wake up at the crack of dawn and Horace is already there. He hands each of the men some food and they eat in the barn as the animals wake up. He talks to them of things that were happening in his community before this war started, how drugs and random violence were so rampant., how there were no jobs. How young black men were being locked up and forced to work for free for a corrupt government which spent no money in the hood.
Red listens to him and he tells him that it was that way everywhere.
Horace says " Yeah I knew this and I also knew that things were gonna change. Boy you got a whole lotta people excited about finally being free. I wish you all the blessings in the world and my farm is always welcome to you."
Red looks at him and says "Thank you sir but this all our doing. The things that you have done by letting my people use your farm, by offering them a place to lay their heads on an uncertain journey those are the things that make us who we are and who we can become. Sir you will be remembered as a hero."
The men stand and start to saddle up the horses and Horace and some of his ever present nephews help. The men mount up and the doors are opened and they ride out into the dawning day.
Today they ride in the trees as much as possible. they ride at a steady pace so that the horses do not tire out. They just let the  horses lead. They can go as far as 50 to 80 miles a day at the pace that they are riding.
As Red rides he thinks about Rosemarie and Andrea and the situation with them. There is conflict in his heart and even though he hates it he has already made up his mind as to what he is going to do. He thinks about the nights that he has spent with Andrea and the feel of her touch. Yet that kiss with Rosemarie will not go away. He also thinks about the envelope that he received from Dead Meat and the implications of that.
Damn why shit gotta be so fuckin complicated.
The men come to a stream and they dismount. They have been riding for hours now and They need to stretch, to let the horses rest. They talk among each other and Red is amazed to find that he and one of the men have some things in common. They were born in the same county and the young man says that when he learned who Red was and where he had come from he had instantly joined the movement.
Suddenly there is a sound that filters through the trees and Red hears it first he motions for silence and he and 3 of his men come closer as two melt into the trees. After about a minute and a half  3 military quad runners come around the bend of the stream. The quad runners stop and the three white soldiers get off of them. They walk towards Red and his men and look around.
The one who is clearly the squad leader looks at them and says "You boys got any type of ID? I need to see em and no funny business or we will have to shoot you.
Red and his men produce the fake papers and the man looks them over and throws them to the ground. "These don't mean shit."
He walks over to them and pulls his weapon. "Y'all get your asses over there while we look around.
Red looks at him and asks "Sir is there a problem?
The soldier looks at him and says you god'damn right there is. Where in the hell did 3 black men get 5 horses and where the hell are you going?  Probably to join that fucking movement. Get you asses over there and sit the fuck down.
What happens next is almost to quick to see as the two soldiers behind the first fall  and the soldier spins around and sees Reds men step from the trees with weapons pointed directly at him. From behind he hears Red say. "Now you get down on your knees."
The soldier sinks to his knees and Red sends two men to get the quad runners which they bring back and go over. They make sure to get all the paperwork off of them and Red then turns his attention to the soldier.
"Whats your rank" he asks the soldier.
"I am a captain"
"What are your orders"
"You know I cant tell you that."
When he says that Red simply pulls his gun which was hidden in his back and shoots him. No time for that shit anybody might have heard those shots. Out here the sound can carry for miles.
The men mount up quickly and leave the shore of the stream so that there trail will not be so easy to follow.
They ride as hard as possible for the rest of the day and that night when they reach the spot where they will stay the horses as well as them are so tired that after they draw the straws for watch the lucky ones fall instantly asleep.
